Welcome to MaskTheFear. These Terms of Service explain what you can and cannot do while using our internal email system. By using this site, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Service overview

MaskTheFear provides an internal email-style messaging system. Messages are exchanged only between accounts inside this site and are not delivered to the public internet like traditional email providers.

You are responsible for how you use your account and for anything sent from it.

2. No adult or sexual content

You may not use MaskTheFear to send, share, store, or request any adult or sexually explicit content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pornographic content of any kind
  • Sexually explicit images, videos, drawings, or links
  • Sexual services, escorting, or similar solicitations
  • Sexual content involving minors (this is strictly illegal and will be reported)

Violations of this section may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent banning, with or without prior notice. In severe cases (for example, involving minors), we may cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

3. No illegal or harmful activity

You may not use MaskTheFear for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Promoting, planning, or coordinating illegal acts
  • Sharing malware, phishing links, or attempts to steal accounts or personal data
  • Threats, harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of any person or group
  • Sharing instructions or tools meant to harm others or break the law

We reserve the right to disable or limit accounts involved in these activities and, when required, to cooperate with relevant authorities.

4. Spam and abusive behavior

MaskTheFear is not a bulk email or marketing platform. You may not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or mass spam to users
  • Use automated tools or scripts to create accounts or send messages
  • Impersontate another person, organization, or MaskTheFear staff

We may throttle, limit, or terminate accounts used to send spam or abuse the service.

5. Account security and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens in your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately using the contact form.

We may restrict or ban accounts that appear to be compromised, used for abuse, or violate these Terms.

6. Enforcement & bans

We may take one or more of the following actions if we believe you have violated these Terms:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend or limit features
  • Permanently ban your account
  • Block specific internal emails or domains from your use
  • Preserve and provide information to law enforcement when legally required

If you believe a ban was a mistake, you may submit a Ban Appeal through the contact page.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to keep the service safe and compliant with applicable laws. When changes are made, we may update this page and, where appropriate, show an announcement within the site.

By continuing to use MaskTheFear after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
